Vegetable Market “Kinsai Yunoyama”
This shop sells bento lunch boxes as well as fresh local produce. If you are lucky, you might be able to purchase fragrant local Matsutake mushrooms. It’s a perfect place to stop by on the way to Yunoyama Hotspring.

Morii Ryokan
This is a family-run establishment and also the only ryokan with its own hot spring in the Yunoyama Hot Spring neighborhood. The local game, sweetfish and the home grown rice are to die for. Enjoy a slow-paced stay whilst interacting with the owner family.

Konnyaku restaurant Konnayku Saika Yuki-no-an
Managed by the konnyaku factory, many different types of konnyaku dishes are offered at an affordable price. The chef’s recommendation is the one called “Konnyaku Sanzoku Yaki.”
Yuki Farmer’s Market “Tokusan’hin Ichiba-kan”
You can find fresh vegetables and seasonal handmade food items here. They also have a hard-to-find konnyaku in the shape of a salamander. If you are looking for something local to take home, this is the place!

Okonomi-yaki (savory pancake) Restaurant Okoja
Situated right at where Yuki Town starts. Okonomiyaki with game meat is rarely found except here. Also you can try Okonomiyaki with salamander konnyaku.

Kagura (“God-entertainment”-Shinto ritual ceremonial dance)
We have three Kagura groups within the town. Every 2nd and 4th Sunday, there is a performance by a Kagura group from Hiroshima City. In addition, during the Fall Festival season in mid- October, we have performances taking place in different districts of the town.
